Please send an email to support@websequencediagrams.com, with the following information. You will then receive a Paypal invoice within a few hours. Follow the instructions in the email to make a payment.
You get priority email support for 30 days after delivery. During this period, we will work with you to resolve any problems you have integrating the software with your systems. Before the 30 days has ended, you may request a refund if the software doesn't meet your expectations.
After the support period has ended, we will respond to support requests as soon as possible.
If we release a new version of the product within the support period, we will provide it to you for no additional charge. After the support period, you may upgrade to the new version for 50% of the pricing of the equivalent product, at the time you wish to upgrade. For example, if you originally purchased the unlimited server edition, and the cost of a new license is $799, then you may purchase an upgrade for $399.50.
The full source code includes C++ files, a Makefile, and instructions for building on Linux and Windows, as well as precompiled binaries for a Windows or x86 Linux platform of your choice (that we can obtain). The cost for source is $1999 and this includes unlimited usage within your company. If you have previously purchased a source code license, and we add a new feature as a result of a support request, we will also provide the updated source code.
The limited server edition restricts access to a certain number of users per hour. This is tracked by the software on a first come, first serve basis. If the user limit is reached, it refuses to serve any diagrams to new users until one of the prior users stops using it for one hour.
The server edition may be unlimited, or limited to a particular number of users. Regardless of the edition, each license allows the software to be installed on one computer at a time. It is your responsibility to ensure that only the licensed number of copies are used.
If you need to run the server edition on more than one computer at a time, then additional licenses of the same software may be purchased at any time. The price for additional copies will be calculated as 50% of the cost of a new equivalent product, using our pricing in effect at the time that the additional purchase is made. For example, if you originally purchased the unlimited server edition, and the cost of a new license is $799, then you may purchase a license for $399.50.
