WebSequenceDiagrams Confluence Plugin

The websequencediagrams plugin for confluence works by sending the diagram text to the www.websequencediagrams.com server and retrieving the image. Alternatively, you can use a local installation of WebSequenceDiagrams Startup or Corporate edition to keep your data out of the cloud.

The confluence plugin works on Confluence 5 and above. Have an adminstrator go to the "Manage add-ons" page and upload the plugin from the following URL:

https://www.websequencediagrams.com/confluence/wsdmacro-9.0.0.jar

Usage

Inside your page, click the + button, navigate to More Macros, find UML Sequence, and use that.

Changing styles

You can change the style of the diagram using the style parameter.

Accessing premium features

If you have a private installation of WebSequenceDiagrams, you can enter its URL in the plugin settings. Alternatively, if you have a subscription, you can generate an API key from Here (while signed in) and paste it into the plugin settings. After that, you will be able to access premium diagram features and the diagram will no longer show the logo.

It is important that the url not end in a "/". Do not end the url with the /.
